A loose leaf digestive tea, blended with comforting Aniseed, Cardamom, Fennel, Ginger & Licorice Root. This tea is very flavorful and we use it in our family to soothe discomfort associated with overeating, bloating & general tummy issues. We use all organic herbs and blend them in small batches to create pretty and healthy teas. Teas are sold in BPA Free food safe bags and jars and measured by servings. This tea is Caffeine Free! 
 
Directions: Use approximately 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea per 8oz of boiling water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes for best results.
