I ask that you remember we are human beings, a family team and not a huge corporation. All sales are final, but we will do our best to work with any issues that you have. Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Please contact us to help us file a claim for you, if your package was lost in transit. To protect our business, we reserve the right to deny package replacement if you are found to be a 'serial scammer' or have a negative history with our shop.
